Attorney Fazio is a respected lawyer known for his impressive knowledge, professional demeanor, and compassion for the client. A passionate attorney, he is committed to providing the quality counsel his clients require.
Michael’s diverse professional background that includes work as a teacher proves quite useful in his current work as a lawyer, as he is better able to educate his clients about legal issues and how decisions they make now will impact them in years and decades to come.
Every bit as passionate about academia as he is about law, Michael has several degrees. He began his post-secondary education at Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. He then continued on at Boston College as a graduate student. His focus during this time was on European and American history, although he also was the co-director of the Bellarmine Law Academy. Upon receiving his Master’s Degree from Boston College, Michael taught for several years at St. John’s Preparatory School. It was during this time that he also attended Suffolk University Law School. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate, he served as Real Estate Counsel to the Archdiocese of Boston and also provided commercial leasing services for the Caritas Christi Hospital Network. His work also involved mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, probate, and human resources law.
Today, Michael handles a variety of legal matters through his law firm, which is a respected legal resource in eastern Massachusetts. He has been honored with the highest rating, AV Preeminent (5.0 out of 5) by his peers through the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell law directory. His practice areas include real estate, estate planning and business contracts. In all legal matters, his goal is to minimize risk and financial cost. In some cases, this goal is achieved by guiding his clients towards better estate planning decisions that ultimately prevent probate; in others, he drafts detailed contracts for corporations and businesses or negotiates for his clients to obtain the best outcome in a real estate transaction. His guidance proves invaluable in a wide array of legal situations.
He also devotes his time to being a member of the Board of Directors of the Notre Dame Education Center, President and Board Member of The Burlington Breakfast Rotary, Judge for Law Student Division Negotiation and Appellate Advocacy Competitions of the American Bar Association 2013-2016, Finance Committee of St. Margaret’s Parish, and Co-Founder and Member of the Men’s Group of St. Margaret’s Parish.
